Can reproduce with both intel and nvidia.
Sorry if this is a dupe, could not find it in the list of existing bugs (but maybe I did not look hard enough)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. use oxygen window decoration
2. use window thumbnails for task switcher
3.
Actual Results:  
windows borders are cut, shadow is incomplete.
