Application: dolphin (1.7) KDE Platform Version: 4.7.2 (4.7.2) "release 5" Qt Version: 4.7.4 Operating System: Linux 3.1.10-1.16-default i686 Distribution: "openSUSE 12.1 (i586)" -- Information about the crash: Someone has been spying on me for quite a while. The attack is in the Network Service Configuration (xinetd). I sent most of the day trying to remove tne control of my hardrive. It seems as though one of the drives has taken control - deleted files regenerateand are a different Advanced Permission panel under properties, root somewhere seems to control root -TMPFS I think. All the listings under Network are controled by "/ (remote)". I was removing user "root.root" from (xinetd) when the bug report displayed two stars. There had been crashes of Dolphin su all day as I tried to get rid of the files. I am somewhat of a nube,as you can tell, but have learned a lot today. Certainly you have seen this one before, if not I glad to help out. Old pentium 4 sys. / open Suse 12 and trying to run to tor. Had it going then it crashed the whole disk. After a new OS install with the old btrfs reformated to ext. 3 & 4 I still had the same kde desktop. ??? I should have wiped clean first. Its not extremly important I get back online with tor right away. I you have a chance please advise 1. new install 2. how to find a fix, I am knot sure I can figure it all out myself. Thank you. -- Backtrace: Application: Dolphin (dolphin), signal: Segmentation fault [Current thread is 1 (Thread 0xb4819930 (LWP 21738))] Thread 2 (Thread 0xb3889b70 (LWP 21746)): #0 0xb761bbb4 in poll () from /lib/libc.so.6 #1 0xb4f6af9b in g_poll () from /usr/lib/libglib-2.0.so.0 #2 0xb4f5c486 in ?? Thanks for the bug report! Please reopen if you still see this problem in KDE 4.9.3 or later - note that 4.7.4 is quite outdated already.
