Using master,

Way to reproduce: 
- Settings / Configure Filters
- If there's a scrollbar in the filters list, scroll down and tick / untick a filter
-> The filter list jumps back to top

Expected: Don't scroll automatically

It's a bug in qlistwidget.
It will move to selected item.
