Fails reading track, when trying to rip a dvd. dvd plays fine with vlc media player. It is a home recording, but the guy who made the dvd can't copy it either, he tried with some windows software, so it may be bad medium. I submit, because it was asked in the error output to mail the log to Thomas Oestreich. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open a dvd for ripping 2. start reading a track Actual Results: large debug output: 532 Kbyte, doesn't fit in the details field. Expected Results: A dvd converted to a media file. How can I submit the error output? It is too large to fit in these fill in fields.

Created attachment 73475 [details] A second error log of a third try, apart from timestamps, identical to the previous one.
I was able to make an iso file from it with dd, and make a valid copy on a cd with k3b. Part of the dvd is a bit buggy/bad quality, but that is just like the original. This was the comandline I used: "dd if=/dev/sr0 of=/home/joost/dvdrip/dvdfile.iso"
