Ich have installed Marble 1.3.4 (0.13.4) on a Windows 7 box as a normaler user without Admin rights. When using the openstreetmap Theme the globe remains a light blue, independant of the zoom level. I also installed the Osmarender theme, but without further success. When looking at the data/maps/earth/openstreetmap directory, it only contains a "0" directory, "legend" and three more files. 

My assumption is that for some reason the tiles cannot be downloaded or saved, albeit the download progress goes up to 100% after some time (quite slow).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Marble
2.View openstreetmap
3.zoom in
Actual Results:  
no map displayed

Expected Results:  
map should be displayed

Windows 7 Enterprise
Thinkpad T420

I can't reproduce here. Perhaps you're experiencing network problems? Are you behind a firewall?
