Description Axel Krebs 2012-08-20 00:29:32 UTC
Attempting to write a bug report, bug tracking systems asks to install debug symbols package.

Following muon package manager, the right version is installed already, however

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. there is a "misfit" between digikam and debug ackages?
2.
3.
Actual Results:
only guessing: provide the right debug packages and check(!!) functionality after installation

for my opinion this is major problem, _not_ normal severity, as it blocks bug reporting. So this is a system immanent critical issue.

This is a problem relevant of your debug system, not digiKam as well. This si depan how debug symbol are declared indeep in you computer. Ask to your distro team directly.
