Summary says it all

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.   Open Up KDE installer Gui
2.   Select Mingw 32 bit binaries
3.  Install all packages
Actual Results:  
Checksum error on package

Expected Results:  
Clean installation which happens on 64 bit windows

Some packages of the 4.8.0 release seems to be not presenet

Please try out on 4.10.2, 4.8.0 has been removed now.
