Karbon fails to render the drawing preferences-desktop-locale.svgz.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Tell Karbon to open the drawing preferences-desktop-locale.svgz.

Actual Results:  
  1. A blank page.

Expected Results:  
  1. A blue flag with the stereographic map of the Earth taken from the North Pole.

The file displays all right in Gwenview.  
If you tell Karbon to save it as SVG, the result renders blank, just as within Karbon.
If you hover over the individual elements of the image, Karbon renders the parts all right (probably).

The problem with this drawing is that it is fully off the page it is on.  Karbon now correctly expands the drawing page to show it.

The rendering is incorrect; the drawing is on the page both in Dolphin and in LibreOffice.
