Description Milan Zamazal 2012-08-18 09:32:20 UTC
When I try to resize or move current selection in Aspect Ratio Crop and click and drag by mistake a bit outside the selected area then a completely new selection is started and I lose the current selection. It would be nice if this was prevented some way, e.g. by requiring to press right mouse button or using control or other modifier to start a new selection, or if selection undo was available.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Image Editor.
2. Enter Aspect Ratio Crop tool.
3. Click and drag a bit outside the current selection area.
Actual Results:
The current selection is lost.

Expected Results:
The current selection is not lost or it can be restored.

Adding extra barriers will make the tool unusable for unexperienced users.
I would support adding undo/redo.
