Apparently this was available in digiKam 2.5 but now appears not to be working. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Settings > Configure Shortcuts
2. Type "meta" in the serach field
3. Option to configure a shortcut for "Edit All Metadata" is not available
Actual Results:  
Only reread / write metadata to images/s shows up.

Expected Results:  
Ability t0o create a shortcut for "Edit All Metadata"

Using digiKam 2.8.0, Using development platform 4.8.4, Build 7 August 2012.
kipi-plugins-common, 2.8.0
Running on Ubuntu 12.04 with Classic Gnome Desktop Manager.
Linux (x86_64) release 3.2.0-29-generic
