This can happen if we get a message without a sender. I'd like to find out the cause of this before we blindly put in a check, as this could be legit, or a symptom of another problem. Any idea what the message is that causes this crash? Could it be some sort of service message? Is this on a public jabber server we could test on?
This is on 0.3.1, which is a much older release... I upgraded the packages on my machine to 0.4.1, from the Ubuntu quantal repo, and so far I haven't been able to reproduce the crash. I think it may have already been fixed. I'll update this after a couple more days.
