When using the Export to Picasaweb Plugin the upload fails with a message 
Failed to upload photo to Picasaweb. Failed to upload photo.

Running gwenview from the command line shows no specific messages.
The login to Picasaweb is successful and it is possible to create new albums, it is only the upload that fails.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select one or more photos to export
2. Run the Plugin 'Export to Picasaweb'
3. Log in to the Picasaweb account - successful
4. Select or create a new library - successful
5. Click on Upload
Actual Results:  
Upload fails with message ...
Failed to upload photo to Picasaweb. Failed to upload photo.

Expected Results:  
Upload successful

I have run gwenview from the command line but have seen no special messages

Hello,
I am experiencing the same issue on Gwenview 2.8.4, on KDE 4.8.4 (Debian Wheezy)
The plugin reads:
PicasaWeb Export Version 2.6.0
Build date: Jun 22 2012 (target: Debian)

Export is working fine using Ubuntu Oneiric (11.10) with kipi version there 2.1.1, KDE 4.7.1
