just add widget on desktop plasma , select; "GET NEW WIDGET..." ---> "DOWNLOAD NEW GOOGLE GADGETS" and wait 7 secons.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.rigth click on destop
2.add widget
3.download new google gadgets
4..waith 7 seconds
Actual Results:  
black screen

On which distro are you Marc? It *might* be a bug in libggadget.

It would also be good to know wich version of Qt you are using.

Google gadgets are no longer supported.
