It would be more convinient to have a key to complete user name while using irc.

Not sure tab is the best solution or not, but at least it's used with all existing client.

Thanks for the report.

Unfortunately we decided to drop irc support completely for the nearest future as we don't have the manpower for developing it and there are some high quality irc clients for KDE. We might revise this in the future.
