Scroll page up and down by a screenful (by default SPACE and
SHIFT+SPACE) cannot be configured through 'Configure Shortcuts', can
there be an ability to configure these?, e.g. Scroll page up as
ALT+SPACE.

Yes, it makes sense implementing this.
