I am not sure whether this is the right conponent.  I can configure the shortcut of adjusting brightness in global shortcut ---- KDE daemon.

When I use Fn + F7/F8 on my computer, I can adjust brightness.  But this is not accurate.

I can control the brightness by /sys/class/backlight/acpi_video0/brightness.  Everytime I press Fn +F8, the brightness will increase a lot.  From 0 -> 2 -> 5 -> 7.  But this is not I want.  I think the gap of each level should be 1.
