calligra interprets on a conditional formatting created with libreoffice
less then 1,5 as less then 1 May 2012

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a document with conditional formatting on a cell . The cell should change theyr color on value is less then 1,5
2. open the document with calligra sheets
3. look at the conditional format
Actual Results:  
the conditional format don't work, because the value 1,5 is interpreted as 1 May 2012

Expected Results:  
the value of the conditional format shoud 1,5 and not 1 may
