When writing an email, for spellchecker to work a proper language must be set. 

Now, it's done by Settings>Spellchecker

As the status bar is quite unused, I suggest there's a dropbar added to the status bar where user can select language quickly. See how it's done eg. in LibreOffice Writer and similar. 

What is your opinion?

We can show language combobox in composer:
View->dictionnary.

It's enough.
