Try open widget explorer, then look for 'black board' widget.
You can see no description of that widget.
I think this widget should have a description like others.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click toolbox (cashew) from panel
2. click 'add widgets' button
3. search for 'black board' widget by mouse scrolling
Actual Results:  
widget contain no description

Expected Results:  
widget contain description
