i know it will be some part of duplication of other bug 
but i still think than is not a bad ideal of  file a new wish
1. i think everything  apear on the menu should be able the assign 
    for now we can do this for fit page  (duplicate Bug 298462)
2. we need alot of  control for layer  (duplicate alot of bug)
missing part in krita

- add layer
  - above current layer
  - to the top layer
  - with Specified layer (mutiply, overlay...)
  - filter layer , .. some special layers for only krita has
- delete layer
- move layer (up down top bottom)
- change layer mode 
  (i know it not easy for so much layer modes)
-group / ungroup layer (add a layer group is not handy than group a layer/some layers 

some above may not easy to do
with we can upgrade the action and assign shortcut for the action 
i thick will be a possible solution
