If you click on one of the navigation links like "Rules", "Timeline" etc., nothing happens. The page stays the same.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://plasma.kde.org/
2. Click on "Rules" in navigation
Actual Results:  
pages reloads itself, but stays with exactly the same content.


I have tested in Firefox and Rekonq.

This is no real bug, at some point it was disabled on purpose, as the content was heavily outdated and no new content available so far.
