On Startup - "Could not create the KTimeTracker part." message box appears. Upon clicking [OK] KTimeTracker open with a blank window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start KTimeTracker
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
error message box

Expected Results:  
functioning KTimeTracker window.
