When running Kontact for the first time, Account Assistant dialog is provided. This dialog window is always on top of other windows. Error messages are displayed below it and thus might not be noticed.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Kontact for firs time;
2. Fill bogous information in IMAP server configuration on Account Assistant;
3. Observe how IMAP error is displayed below Account Assistant window.
Actual Results:  
IMAP error, KDE wallet service dialogs where only visible and available after minimising Account Assistant window.

Expected Results:  
Account Assistant shouldn't cover other windows, especially error messages related to account creation.
