Description Thomas 2012-06-18 22:38:51 UTC
Choqok doesn't currently support any form of single sign on.

In my environment we heavily depend on kerberos so most of the web services used authenticate against it.
That means there is no dialog that asks for a password since you are already authorized after logging in to KDE.

Our Statusnet Installation is using Kerberos as well so when I access the site I am automatically logged in.
This does work with Konqueror or Rekonq and I guess Choqok is using the same library to access the websites?
Is it possible to add this as authentication type to Choqok?

If you have any questions or need a test candidate please let me know!

Reproducible: Always

Choqok is unfortunately no longer maintained.

If a new maintainer wants to step up and take care, the project is archived here:

https://invent.kde.org/network/choqok

You can just clone it in your private namespace on invent.kde.org and if you have started to work on it and fixed/implemented something get it reviewed and the project unarchived.

Sorry for the inconveniences.
