The menu entry simply isn't there...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run digikam
2. go to Tools -> ???
3.
Actual Results:  
The menu entry isn't there

Expected Results:  
It should appear

I'm running Sabayon.
Installed Hugin and Digikam from repository.
