When I need to scroll console output in yakuake, which has 100% width, it appears that moving the cursor to the screen border doesn't position it above the scrollbar - the scrollbar seems to have something like a frame to the right of it, and thus makes the target (scrollbar handle) very small in horizontal direction according to Fitts' law. It'd be very nice if there were no space between scrollbar and screen border.
This is skin dependent: The default skin has a 1px frame, the other bundled skin (Plastik) doesn't. I agree however that some code could be added that automatically extends the mouse-active area for the scrollbar over the skin frame when the window touches the screen edge.
Thanks for information. Setting width=0 works around this. Though it'd still be good to have this work nicely by default.

I still see this problem in Yakuake 19.12.2 (19.12.3-0ubuntu1) on Ubuntu 20.04.
