Description Marek Ruszkowski 2012-06-13 18:36:58 UTC
Sometimes I receive files saved on Windows with national characters inside name. Dolphin shows that name as eg. "som? fi?e.docx" and now I cannot open it in any program or rename it (F2, some file.docx, nothing happens). I have to manually give it a new name under console. Could You please fix it?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive file with national chars inside filename
2. Try ty open or rename
3.
Actual Results:
Cannot open, cannot rename

Expected Results:
Rename or open
