Dragging an RIS and bibtex file together onto the Tellico window should read those two files, merge the resulting collections, and then ask the user whether to replace or append the merge whole, rather than one at a time.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Drag multiple files
2.Drop
3.See multiple import dialogs
