When hovering with the mouse over the device notifier icon there is no tooltip. Every other item in the systemtray has one. It does not matter if there are devices available or not. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Hover device notifier icon Actual Results: Nothing. Expected Results: After a few seconds a tooltip appears.
Confirmed, but also true for 4.8 - so no regression, I believe.
