When you reszize the activitybar it will soon look ugly when content leaves the plasmoid and will eventually disapear.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make the applet smaller
2.Until is looks strange
3.Keep going until it is gone
Actual Results:  
Applet is invisible!

Expected Results:  
The resize stops at a reasanable minimum size.

Confirmed for 4.8.80.
Widget can be resized arbitrarily pushing the contents outside the widget or making them disappear completely. The widget should have a vertical and horizontal limit for the minimum size.

Fixed in commit 66a27efd6900709b4212ad5b4e7ed7386f9ae238
