Hi Enda, thanks for your contribution, it'd be cool to have, don't hold your breath on getting it implemented soon though.
When the Text Selection Tool is active, and the mouse is moved into the grey background, would it be possible to enable the scrolling of the page using the mouse (without switching to the Browse Tool)?
Different issue altogether, open a new wish please.
go to Tools , there if u want to select text,then click on Text tool so that u can select texts
As I read this today, this feature request requests that the Browse tool can make selections. Is that correct? The browse tool can make selections: Right-click and drag, a popup menu opens to select text and image.
