with a recieved email message open mouse point to senders address and right click gives option to save to addressbook. A window appears for selecting which adress book. In the window is only one file so I select it and click. Kmail crashes immediately.

The crash can be reproduced every time.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.veiw a recieved email message
2.Right click on senders address
gives option to add to address book.
Select the option
3.a screen appears for selecting which af=dressbook clicking on the adressbook file shown and Kmaol crashes.EVERY TIME
Actual Results:  
Kmail crashed and a message screen suggesting crash report appears

Expected Results:  
stored to address in the address book

Nothing is added to the address book
It is impossible now to collecta any email addresses.

4.7.3 is too old => update it.
Your backtrace is not usefull => install debug package.
Reopen it when you will have a good backtrace.

I ran debug from a consol and got following print out.
This problem started after doing update from pClinuxOS update system.
Could you advise them please as I do not know where to tell them about a bug
