When opening some files wie kile thar are opened with a browser (e.g. latex reference) kile  uses konqueror all the time. It should be opened in the default browser I set in the system settings.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Help → Latex reference
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
Reference is opened in konqueror

Expected Results:  
Should be opened in default browser (rekonq in my wase)

The bug still occurs in version 2.9.92
