Kubuntu 12.04 32 bit

I dont' know if there were some work since 2.5 to correct issues noticed with Id3 tags.
In the doubt I re-post :

The cause of this problem are now (to me) clearly identified: it is when a track lacks a title and/or an artist name)

e/g
1) The picture "amarok_version" shows id3tag of a specific track.
    When it comes straight from a collection re-scan there is


    Title: 		Alarma
    Interpret: 		the field is empty
    Album:		Paradoxx
    Track number:	666
    Genre:		Makina

The artist name (666) has been typed by myself just before the screenshot. If I save now, it will be recorded in amaroks own data but not in the file -> all information are lost after another re-scan

2) The picture kid3 version shows the id3tag of the same track at the same moment with the kid3 software. As you can see, the "True" tags are

    Title: 		empty
    Interpret: 		666
    Album:		Paradoxx
    Track number:	666
    Genre:		Makina

Please note the difference for the Title and Interpret fields for the two softare, which to me demonstrate that:
Should amarok finde a track that has no Title and or Interpret field in its tag (or empty one? ) it will:

    1) guess the tag from the name of the file
    2) for some reason it won't be able to save any modification on this track
