While deleting(move to trash) a  file or folder of bigger size (for example a 5.5 gb folder in an 8 gb pen drive), the following error message appears "The trash has reached its maximum size!
Cleanup the trash manually.".  
No option for 'permanent delete' and 'format the disk' is shown/available.
Also 'Format' option not available.
So forced to use other file managers

Works for me in KDE Frameworks 5.45.
