Version 0.14.3 in Ubuntu Precise 64.
Opening any pdf file fails, does not matter if opening file using filemanager or opening using FILE>OPEN.
Files that could previously open do not open. The pdf files are not corrupt, they can be opened by other viewers.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.FILE >> OPEN
2.Select any pdf file
3.Click on Open
Actual Results:  
Typical Error Message:

Could not open /home/planas/Work/FCC Downloads/DOC-314339A1.pdf

Expected Results:  
Opened the file

Okular update installed while problem was occuring and problem continued

Please report this on the ubuntu bug tracker, there's nothing we can do if they somehow broke pdf viewing.
