I was Going to see the movie Underworld 3. I was about to open the movie up to Dragon was closed of the nothing
what happens to the plasma desktop!!!!?
This is the 3rd crash!

A useful backtrace could not be generated


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. on device notificator I has selected the DVD "Underworld.Awakening"
2.I has selected "Open with Dragon player
3.Just when arrive the program
IS GONE!

Please change the phonon-backend from gstreamer to vlc, restart KDE and try again.

by logic:
when a program fails Dr konqui opens I follow the wizard. But in the production of the trace reverse says "The information is not useful for developers," when I give "Install debug packages" just opens a window that says "Looking for debug packages" spend 2 minutes closes without installing package.
I give "Next" then "No" and says "can not send the fault bugs.kde.org you can manually enter, clicking Finish should visit bugs.kde.org"
I spent 2 or 3 times
and thanks for the tutorial :D
