If the filename contains some special characters dolphin isn't able to delete the file.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. extract attached archive
2. try to delete extracted file with dolphin
Actual Results:  
error message pops up that file doesn't exist

Expected Results:  
file should be deleted
