Description Lisandro Damián Nicanor Pérez Meyer 2012-05-17 21:30:46 UTC
If the last time marble was used "actual position" was given by gpsd, gpsd is turned off and marble started, it crashes.

Well, it simply need to check if gpsd is available or not.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start gpsd, then start marble. Use "actual position" with gpsd. Close marble.
2. Stop gpsd, start marble → crash.
3. Start gpsd, start marble, deactivate "actual position". Close marble.
4. Stop gpsd, start marble → no crash.

Expected Results:
No crash.
Comment 1 Lisandro Damián Nicanor Pérez Meyer 2012-05-17 21:39:01 UTC
Version 1.2.2 from KDE 4.7.4.
Comment 2 Dennis Nienhüser 2012-05-19 10:08:50 UTC
It's fixed in 1.3.1 (KDE 4.8.1) and later. The 1.2 series (KDE 4.7) does not get updates anymore.
