- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Login to KDM, wait for all the autoruns to be processed, Kmix crashes. Restart always works fine.

- Custom settings of the application:
Since there seems to be no other way of doing this I have a little script in autostart doing the following, which might interfer with Kmix:

amixer -c 0 set 'Analog Output' 'Headphones'
amixer -c 1 set 'Analog Output' 'Headphones'
pactl set-sink-volume combined 93%
amixer -c 0 set 'Tone' off
amixer -c 1 set 'Tone' off

at least two of the lines are always wrong, but since card numbers sometimes change I have to do it this way.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
