Kjots 4.8.2 in KDE 4.8.2 KUbuntu 12.04 Creating a book and renaming it results in the respective folder in ~/.kde/share/apps/kjots renamed. Akonadi then still searches in the old folder. The result being an Akonadi error message on every change in that book: kjots: Error opening /home/XXX/.kde/share/apps/kjots/IN130letoi; this folder is missing. This is bad. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Crate book 2. Rename book 3. Edit something in the book. Actual Results: Error message from akonadi. Expected Results: No error message from akonadi.
I have the same issue in KDE/Kjots 4.9 (4:4.9.0-0ubuntu2~precise1~ppa1)
Also confirmed here (kjots 4.9.0-0ubuntu2). My notes collection got into quite a confusing state before I figured out what was going wrong, and I had to delete the resource from akonadi, erase the entire Akonotes maildir heirarchy, and start again (all not helped in recovery by the fact that akonotes resource, or perhaps kjots, seems to be unaware of changes to the underlying maildir files that it didn't make itself - come ON guys this is the 21st century, apps should play nicely).
