I'm sorry, I don't understand the problem. What does "collect he mail means"? How does your folder structure look like? How does your setup look like (what agents do you have in akonadiconsole -what is their type, where do they point)?

András,
this bug does not show-up anymore ; however I will try to answer your questions :
(1) collecting the mail means : clicking on the "Check Mail" button !
(2) folder strucure : what do you mean what is built in my kmail application?
(3) agents in akonadiconsole : after opening the "Agents" tab with akonadiconsole I see the following agents :
akonadi_mailtransport_dummy_ressource_2
akonadi_mailtransport_dummy_ressource_3
FREE
Mail Dispatcher Agent
LA POSTE
Local Folders
Mail Filter Agent
Archive Mail Agent
Labels
Boîte ossau
Akonadi Nepomuk Feeder
akonadi_mailtransport_dummy_ressource_0
akonadi_mailtransport_dummy_ressource_1

all with the ready button

Of course this is the present situation which may be different from the one corresponding at the bug presence ; though do you see anything wrong with this?

András,
this bug is still showing up
Comment 5 András Manţia 2013-03-03 11:55:08 UTC
I made a fix for a problem that could give the above error, it will be in KDE 4.10.2 (sorry, it missed 4.10.1).
Please test with that as well and if it is still reproducible, find the mail folders on the file system and tell me their structure for the directory it gives the error. Should be something like:
folder
folder/cur
folder/tmp
folder/new
.folder.directory (if the folder has subfolders)
