For some contacts the "Previous conversation" action does not work, no contact is selected when the log viewer starts

If selecting this action for contact without entries in logger (no logged previous conversation) it doesn't select a contact but just opens the log viewer. Not sure if it's the same issue.
An idea would be to only have this action active if there is actually logged conversation, though I don't know if this is possible with telepathy-logger.

Is this issue still valid?

ktp-text-ui already contains code that disables "Previous conversations" action when there are not logs in current tab and I just fixed auto-selecting contact passed through cmd line agruments (but that was probably not broken when this issue was originally reported).
