Opened help and then opened the manual to read.Page came up but would not advance past the start of the manual.Just flickered no matter what I tried to move the page with.
Then after a couple of tries it went to a restart/bug report page.This happened just a few minutes after a update of digikam and system files.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Scroll through manual.

This is not a bug in digiKam, but KDE help center...

It looks like a temporary issue with your environment. I can scroll and move in khelpcenter (5.4.3 and master), including the digikam manual. Therefore I'm closing this bug. Please reopen if still relevant.
