Description Dennis Nienhüser 2012-04-22 14:27:09 UTC
I activated the large list of placemarks for the N950 earlier today since it is able to display them. Now I noticed that we seem to have rendering issues both on the N900 and the N950:

- marble-touch from the Touch/1.3 branch renders placemarks correctly on the Desktop.
- marble-touch from the Touch/1.3 branch renders placemarks correctly on the N950 as long as the center of the map is in the northern hemisphere. Otherwise no placemark is painted at all.
- marble from KDE/4.8 seems to render no placemarks at all on the N900.

Any ideas where to start looking? Could be different issues between the N900 and the N950. The Touch/1.3 has lots of patches from master, maybe some refactoring issue in PlacemarkPainter?

Reproducible: Always

On the N950, the coordinate grid disappears as well when the map center is on the southern hemisphere.
