Even though I have 'hibernate' selected for 'on battery, press power button', all that happens when I do is the screen saver activates.

/var/log/acpid doesn't get updated

running 'sudo pm-hibernate' by hand from konsole works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
have 'hibernate' selected for 'on battery, press power button',
Actual Results:
all that happens when I do is the screen saver activates.

Expected Results:
hibernation

Ubuntu 12.04 beta

This was https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/policykit-desktop-privileges/+bug/812394 which was some crazy decision Ubuntu made to turn off hibernate in some weird way.
