In the  case when the canvas size bigger then the screen 'Ctrl+0' reset zoom in Windows always produces scaling the page view to the upper left corner of the page :(

I can confirm. I think Dmitry has a fix for this in his branch. It is not windows-specfic

Fixing https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=298945 seems to have also fixed this bug. If someone can confirm this can be closed.

For me, it now moves to the top-right...
