Install Ububtu 11.10 2. Install Okular 3. Hit F1 (or try open help from the menu) Actual Results: A popup showing khelpcenter not found Expected Results: khelpcenter opens
This is an Ubuntu bug, not an Okular/KDE one since we don't do packaging in KDE. Please report the issue at the ubuntu bug tracker.
I'm sorry, I'm a beginner really didn't know how the packaging works very well. If its easy to answer, how can the Ubuntu people know about dependencies from other applications? (please don't take this offensively, I really don't know the answer and just want be able to better help you guys in the future)
khelpcenter is part of kde-runtime. kde-runtime is a required dependency for runnign all kde applications.
