When I use the layout based switcher with thumbnails, it only shows up to 5 thumbnails at a time, even though I have more windows. It should be able to resize them to fit them all.

In 4.9 there is a new layout showing thumbnails of all windows.

Not showing all windows in thumbnails layout is intended.
