I have a number of torrents that have been added overnight with the Syndication plugin (from an RSS feed).

Now, ktorrent has been sitting all night, with a whole bunch of these fresh torrents as "stalled". When I restart ktorrent, it started downloading at ~2.5MB/s, so there was plenty of available bandwidth after all.

This happens again and again. I have to restart ktorrent every few days, or it will stop downloading.

I'm using 4.2dev from Debian Stable.

I am unable to reproduce this issue.
